For Private events such as Birthday Parties, Weddings, Baby Showers etc we are able to accept payments by credit/debit card, Paypal & BACS.
We require a 50% booking fee to secure and the remainder due 48hrs before the party.

Larger/Corporate events direct payment is preferred, however if this is not an option, please discuss your needs with us.
Payment is due immediately on completion of the work or before, whichever is most convenient.

Please keep in mind we quote for each individual party/event because everyone's requirements and locations differ, hence we encourage you to contact us for an accurate quote.

Day Rate - 9am - 5pm
Evening Rate - 5pm - 9pm
Late Night Rate - 9pm - Midnight
Past Midnight Rate - Midnight - 3am

BOLT ON SERVICES:
If you would like to book a Face Painting Party and add on an additional service i.e. Glitter Tattoos to give your guests a wider choice, we offer a Bolt On option.
Any of our services can be bolted on to a booking for an additional charge.
Please indicate on your Quote Request Form which services you are interested in.

TRAVEL:
For most local events travel is included, but please note, if your event is 2-3hrs and over 30mins drive each way an additional travel fee will be added. This starts from £20.

TEAM OF ARTISTS:
Planning a large events where you would benefit from 2 or more artists to meet demand? No problem! Complete the Quote Request Form stating your requirements and we can advise you on how many artists we would recommend and provide an accurate quote.

30-40 CHILDREN IN 2 HOURS:
At a standard party one artist can paint upto 30 children in 2 hours, this is based on them sitting one after the other with no breaks.
If you would like to stop for food and have 30 children or you are expecting 30-40 children in a 2 hour time slot and wish for them all to be painted you have a couple of options.
1. Ideally increase the length of booking if possible.
2. Book 2 artists - however this will almost double the cost, so we have a third option to consider.
3. Jane's super speed skills enable her to paint upto 40 children in 2 hours, but this is a very rare and specialist skill, so therefore has a higher fee. It is cheaper than hiring two artists though, so a viable option when extending your time slot is just not possible. If you are still looking for quality but also require super speed, then please let us know on the Quote Request Form and we can provide an accurate quote.

SECURING A BOOKING:
To secure a booking, a completed booking form and 50% booking fee is required. Unfortunately until both of these are received we are unable to guarantee your request for a specific time/date.
